The third and fourth phases of a mixed use project located on Preston Street at the Queensway. This project had numerous environmental issues ranging from buried demolition debris to bedrock contaminated with perchlorethylene (dry cleaning fluid). The project also featured the removal of over 50,000 m3 of bedrock.
